The Client is required to read Terms and Conditions  and complete a Booking Form (via email or hardcopy). Session fee (non-refundable) is required upfront towards securing the slot. Remaining balance is payable on the day of the session.

Session fee paid towards securing the slot is non refundable and non transferable towards another service. There are no refunds offered upon cancelling the photo session. Clients are welcome to reschedule their session, however a 5 day notice is required prior to re-arranging for another convenient date and time. With an exception of the special circumstances such as: illness, accident etc., which will be taken into account as a one off event, or if The Photographer is unable to attend the session due to illness or personal circumstances.
Any further requests to re-schedule the session will be considered new bookings and will require another session fee paid towards securing the space. 
On instances where The Client arrives late or fails to attend their shoot at the agreed time,  The Photographer reserves the right to shorten or cancel the shoot without the refunding of any fees paid. The rescheduling of such shoots will be subject to The Photographer’s standard fees.

At all times, The Client will be responsible for the safety and conduct of all persons in their party whilst on The Photographer’s premises or on location. Magdalena Maria Portraits and its’ representatives will not be held liable for any injury incurred by The Client or His/Her family, or any damage to His/Her property during the photo session or while on studio premises.
Magdalena Maria Portraits reserves the right to terminate her activities without refunding of any fees if she deems the conduct of any person to be unruly, inappropriate or likely to cause harm to persons or damage to property.
The Client agrees to pay in full for all loss (including consequential loss) and damage caused by anyone in their party.

Magdalena Maria Portraits is entitled to use her judgement regarding the style and flow of the session. This includes but is not limited to poses, props and number of images taken. Due to the willingness of subjects it may not be possible to capture all the pictures requested, or images to the client’s full expectations. The Client is responsible for all children at all sessions.

The images provided are fully edited and prepared for professional printing. However, due to a wide variety of printers results may vary, especially considering non professional printing labs. Clients are allowed to print an unlimited number of prints in any size /format for personal use only with any third party printer however clients do this at their own risk. In addition please note that certain print sizes may result in undesired or unflattering cropping of the image due to certain sizes having different ratios. Magdalena Maria Portraits can held no responsibility for poor quality prints from printing shops or online printers.

The Photographer reserves the right to permanently delete the photographs due to storage capacity. If the Client does not view the photographs or make a purchase of prints/digital files within 6 weeks of their shoot, it will be assumed The Client has no requirement to view or order the photographs and The Photographer reserves the right to permanently delete the photographs without notice and without the refunding of any fees paid. Photographs viewed by the Client are retained for a maximum of 6 months from the date of the shoot.
All non-purchased images are deleted 6 weeks after the view and order session.

Please, note Magdalena Maria Portraits cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of images delivered to the clients. For this reason, it is recommended to create at least two backup copies of all digital files utilising different hardware/platforms to store the files safely.

Digital files are sent via email and cannot be returned due to the electronic format they are in. The client always has an insight into the digital files prior to purchase.

The data protection declaration of Magdalena Maria Portraits is based on the terms used by the European legislator for the adoption of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Magica Photography will store Client names, contact details and session information on a private database and will not share these with any other businesses or organizations, unless required to do so by law.
